Hello! I’m Courtney! I’m a UX Researcher & Product Designer based in Northwest Arkansas.

I am currently working as Program Manager for Fieldbook Studio, a $10M Venture-building Studio where I lead research and product design for Retail Value Chain startups.

Here, I lead a cross-functional team of business analysts, designers, and engineers and partner closely with founders to validate and document customer needs through quantitative and qualitative research.
